Vintage Winchester 2291 40yrd Utility Fishing Reel. This is a Nickel plated over brass Very Tiny 40 yard Utility Reel brought over from Hendryx after the purchase by Winchester in 1919. This reel was really designed for the beginner fisher-person or child. The reel is in Extremely clean condition and one of the finest examples I have seen. The handle is straight, Clean , Catalog correct and the grip spins freely. The foot is clean showing 40 yards underneath . Both rear clicker and brake work perfect and as intended. Overall a good very nice and clean example of a Winchester reel.
