Vintage Rare Circa 1883-90 B.C. Milam No.2 Casting Reel 12 O'Clock Handle. This is a very nice, clean, fast, light weight, extremely smooth classic reel from B.C. Milam. This comes after B.C. Milam worked with B.F. Meek for 28 years and went out on his own. Very high grade quality of German Silver thats in fantastic clean condition. The knurling through-out is special especially the trim aroung the reels face rim and handle mount. The handle is clean, straight, grip spins freely, and the star of this spectacular Reel. The clicker is strong and loud and the brake stops the spinning on demand. The over sized foot is not manicured and is extremely clean. A truly great piece of Kentucky History and very seldom seen reel. Great Reel. Serial # 6370.
