Shakespeare "MILLER AUTOCRAT" 6/0 Free Spool with Original Case Circa-1934. In the Shakespeare 1934 catalog you will find the Shakespeare produced reel designed by Ralph W. Miller called the "Shakespeare Miller Autocrat”. The Autocrat was produced in a 4/0 and 6/0 size and came in a small suitcase style case. The Autocrat was also the most expensive reel Shakespeare ever produced. Reel spins amazing, fast and smooth as any reel you will spin. Its a extremely fine reel that comes with the handle enabled free spool which operates by simple pulling the handle backwards during retrieval and functions great. The handle is also the source for the micro-adjust drag handle assembly which functions perfectly. This reel is in fantastic almost mint condition with a small rub from storage on the backplate which keeps it from being mint. I dont believe its ever been fished. Amazing very heavy duty reel that feels even bigger and stronger than the normal 6/0 reel. The case shows limited storage wear with the top leather handle that is worn and disconnected on one flap.
