Pflueger SUMMIT No. # 1993(J) Last Patented Model with Early Pouch Circa-1932-33. Reel is Mint never fished condition. This is the first of the Polished Diamolite finished reels and came with the new rim knurling design as well. The Trademark name was listed in the catalog as 1993 with no J for jeweled bearing caps but still came with Jewels. This model was also the last model to carry the Patent numbers on the inside rim on the head plate. Coming standard with the 1993 model the handles were marbled for the last time showing the way for the white grips to come later and the model change to 1993L. The carry pouch is in fantastic condition and puts the reel away perfectly.
