Pflueger Progress 1784 Skeleton Brass Fly Reel Gunmetal/Nickel &Maroon 1932 Box
Vintage Pflueger Progress No. 1784 brass skeleton fly reel with a gunmetal frame and nickel plated spool and correct original 1932 Maroon Box. In my experience the wide spool 80 yard models are harder to find than the narrow spool 60 yd versions. Reel shows moderate finish wear. Spins freely and the click is strong in both directions. Comes with a maroon two piece box, date stamped 9 32, or made in September 1932. Box shows shelf wear but is intact condition with a good clear label. A fine reel to fish or collect!
