Pflueger Medalist Rare 4” 1396 Patent Pending fly reel with sculpted pillars & Spool Circa -1931. This early metal latch ring example shows pretty mild wear considering age and use, far better than most I have seen. Mechanically it is in eccellent condition with a loud click flowing in both directions favoring right hand wind. There is no spool wobble and spins straight. Great very rarely seen Pflueger fly reel.
