Its big, but smooth and spins very fast. Everything operates exactly as intended. The Very Nice Nickel Silver metal bound hard rubber is in great condition. The Handle is catalog correct with a spectacular Mottled hard rubber grip that spins perfectly. The Tin can is also in very nice condition with a clear label and the entire box or can only shows limited shelf wear. The Felt bag is amazing condition and has survived almost 100 years and carries this fine reel proudly. This reel sold for 75.00 back in 1929, Amazing 90 plus year old combination. NOTE: This is the first time I have seen this reel in Nickel Plate and not German Silver
