Rare Pflueger ATLAPAC No.#1640 Size 4/0 German Silver with Original Tin Can & Felt Bag Circa-1929. This is extremely Nice example of Pfluegers finest early Ocean reels. Its big, but smooth and spins very fast. Everything operates exactly as intended. The Perfect German Silver metal bound hard rubber is in great condition. The Handle is catalog correct with a spectacular Mottled hard rubber grip that spins perfectly. The Tin can is also in very nice condition with a clear label and the entire box or can only shows limited shelf wear. The Felt bag is amazing condition and has survived almost 100 years and carries this fine reel proudly. This reel sold for 75.00 back in 1929, Amazing 90 plus year old combination.
