This is a very fine small Julius Vom Hofe Raised Pillar Fly Reel for Abbey & Imbrie N.Y. 2-1/4" Size 3 German Silver & Hard Rubber. Rare counter balanced handle weight is knurled spectacular with a free spinning fantastic grip opposite. The foot is untouched and is stamped with the number 3 size. It measures 1-1/8th inches from pillar to pillar inside and the diameter of the side plate is 2 1/4 inches. The ebonite side plates are in terrific condition with no cracks, chips or damage.
