Vintage Rare Julius vom Hofe No. 47CR Patent Compensating Reel For Abbey & Imbrie N.Y. 80 yards Circa-1916. This is a true hard rubber reel with nickel silver pillars foot, and spool. Both hard rubber and nickel finishes are in good shape. The reel is smooth and the tail plate mounted clicker is strong. Simple reel but clean and interesting. The handle is catalog correct and the catalog even says the triangular grip is for security and comfort.
