Hardy Brothers St. John 3 7/8" Fly Reel 3 Screw Latch Ribbed Brass foot. This is a Light salmon or large trout fly reel with variable click check, ribbed brass foot, and 3 screw latch. The reel is in good condition with no cracks, fractures, or corrosion, and all mechanical functions are in good working order. All parts are a good close tolerance and secure fit, and the line drum turns true and free with no wobble. The original black leaded finish has a some light wear consistent with careful and considerate use. Fantastic early reel.
