Edward Vom Hofe "ISLAMORADA" Model 750 Size 1 (2" 1/4" Spool Width) Circa-1940-42. This fine reel was introduced in 1940 in the 2” 1/4” spool width only. This new ISLAMORADA design included the taka-apart feature. Disassembly was accomplished by simply turning a thumb screw on the bottom rim and unscrewing the side plates. Everything functions as designed. The hard rubber and german silver are both in very fine condition. Its a fast spinning and extremely smooth reel and comes as you see with the extended handle and large free spinning grip for fighting Wahoo.
