Carlton Mfg. Co. 4-MULTIPLE REEL Rochester N.Y. Circa-1906. A fine example of a very tough reel seldom seen. This nice reel spins extremely smooth and very fast. The rim mounted Click and brake look spectacular and function perfectly. Carlton Mfg made some incredible reels with this being no exception, with the adjustable handle, clicker and brake that slides on the rims as labeled, and one piece foot design. This is a fine reel but does have a chip in the hard rubber insert at the back pillar you will notice in pictures along with some plating exposed on foot. I have discounted this fine reel to compensate for these flaws. Still a rare unique reel rarely seen collectors reel.
