Bronson “Peerless” No. 700 Quick Takapart Hard Rubber and Nickel Level Wind Circa-1929

$235.00

Bronson “Peerless” No. 700 Hard Rubber and Nickel Level Wind Circa-1929. Its extremely clean, very fast, and the level wind flies side to side with a strong working clicker. This model was from the early 1929 original Bronson “Take-Apart” design. Removing the two thumbscrews on the face plate and one on the crank handle by hand disassembles the reel for servicing. No tools needed. The reel carries two patent numbers under the foot, from 1923 and 1926. Classic early Bronson.
