B.F. Meek & Sons No. 3 Kentucky Style 12 O’clock Handle circa- 1892. This is a very nice example of a super clean Meek & Sons workhorse of a Reel. Its extremely clean, super fast and smooth as you would expect from a Meek Classic. The Knurled Headplate rim is brillant with incredible details. The 12 O’Clock Handle position was prefered by most early fisherman and it does not come available often. The bearing covers are removable brilliant and knurled fine . Rare Single clicker only button reel functions perfectly and slides easily when asked. The foot is clean and unmanicured with sculptured bottom pillars.
